How to perform

Set a rope attachment at roughly head height. Take an overhand grip on both ends and step back until the cable is taut. Pull the rope towards your face, separating your hands and driving your elbows high and wide. Finish with your hands beside your ears and your shoulder blades squeezed together. One of the most useful exercises for shoulder health in anyone who benches regularly. Common mistakes: going too heavy and turning it into a row, and letting the elbows drop below shoulder height.
