How to perform

Attach an ankle strap to a low pulley and fasten it around one ankle. Face the machine and hold on for balance, with a slight forward lean. Keeping your leg relatively straight, drive it back and up using your glute. Pause at the top, then return under control without letting the stack touch down. Common mistakes: arching the lower back to gain range, and swinging the leg with momentum rather than driving with the glute.
